I think the only reason to open a Forex position is to make a profit.

 

I have no reasons to buy any currency because of design reasons like most people do with an iPhone.

 

I don’t believe that any currency will produce a 200 percent raise because of an innovative management like some people do with Tesla stocks.

 

I don’t want to follow any currency pair on Instagram and I do not freak out about the usual movements, because no single trade will make or break my system.

 

But I do have favourite currency pairs

 

If I needed to pick just one, I would pick the AUDCAD pair.

 

Not because it is attractive, innovative or well designed.

 

Just because of the results that it had produced over several years and with different trading systems.

 

A lot of people try to improve things that do not work very well.

 

But I learned that I rather prefer to improve the things that do work.

 

If you improve something that doesn’t work very well, you might get mediocre results.

 

But if you improve something that already produces good results, you might get excellent results.
